Filing a DMCA Complaint

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our copyright agent:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal or disablement was a mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Note: Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences.
